When the requirements of a project cannot be met with standard products,
Cole is prepared to provide custom fabricated products. Ranging from simple
modifications to our own standard products to completely original designs,
Cole can turn an idea into a finely crafted reality. Our experience includes
a wide range of materials, finishes, light sources, applications, and
styles.
The personnel at Cole have the experience to develop a total lighting fixture design from the designer's concept to the final product. In doing so, we always focus on the final function, as well as safety, servicing, and maintenance considerations. We strongly encourage early communication with your Cole representative to take maximum advantage of our ability to assist in the design process and contribute ideas to optimize value.
Every design is developed with our CAD system for the most precise coordination of elements. Manufacturing methods and material choices are frequently dictated by the quantity requirements. Material choices include steel, aluminum, bronze, stainless steel, and copper, and may be us in sheet, cast, extruded, and machined form. Finishes vary from powder coating to anodized finishes and chemical patinas.
